Maria’s been cleaning for us every fortnight — the house genuinely sparkles. Booked her for my mum’s place too.

Illustrative example. Reviews shown are not real.

We looked at 841 cleaning businesses across 10 UK cities. More than half have fewer than 10 Google reviews. But the ones Google actually shows when someone searches average 38 — and the top result in most cities has over 100. A handful of reviews doesn’t get you on the list.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add your customers

Name and mobile number — type them in or import your list. Two minutes, on your phone.

  2. 2

    Finish the clean, tap once

A polite text goes out with your Google review link. Warm UK wording, written for you, editable.

  3. 3

The review lands — and you get found

Fresh reviews push you up the map when locals search “cleaner near me”. Watch them arrive on one simple screen.

Your customers already love your work. Google just can’t see it yet.

Over half of UK cleaning businesses have fewer than 10 Google reviews — while the ones that get shown collect them every week. That gap is the whole game, and it’s fixable.

Get found in “cleaner near me” searches

Google ranks local businesses partly on how recent and frequent their reviews are. A steady trickle of genuine reviews is the cheapest marketing a cleaning business can do.

No awkward asking

Asking face-to-face feels cheeky, and asking twice feels worse. The request arrives as a friendly text an hour after you leave — when the house still smells of polish.

Google-compliant by design

Every customer gets the same request, plus a private feedback option — no filtering happy customers from unhappy ones. Review gating breaks Google's rules; we simply don't do it, so your profile is never at risk.

Simple, honest pricing

£15/month

One plan. Everything in it.

  • 100 review-request texts a month, unlimited email
  • 14-day free trial — no card upfront
  • Cancel anytime, inside the app. No phone calls, no notice periods
  • No contracts, no per-user fees, ever

Founding members: reserve now, pay £10/month for life — nothing to pay until launch. Reserve your spot

For comparison: Birdeye starts at $299/month on a 12-month contract. Podium from around $399/month. We think a solo cleaner shouldn’t pay agency prices to be visible.

Fair questions

Is this allowed by Google?

Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask customers for reviews — what it forbids is “review gating”: only asking customers you know are happy. SpotlessReviews sends the same request to everyone and always offers a private feedback route, so you stay inside the rules by design.

Do I need a website?

No. You can run everything from your phone. You'll also get a hosted page showing your Google reviews — handy as a link for WhatsApp or your Facebook page.

What will my customers receive?

A short, friendly text or email in your business's name — like the example above — with your Google review link and a private feedback option. You can edit every word before anything is sent.

What does it cost?

£15 a month: 100 review-request texts and unlimited email included, 14-day free trial, no card upfront, cancel anytime in the app. Founding members who reserve now pay £10 a month for life.

When does it launch?
